We’ve got you covered for every system you install. Thermacell’s Limited Warranty protects against any defects in manufacturing quality and workmanship for 5 years, specifically for professionally installed systems.

• • If a customer has a faulty Hub or Repeller and troubleshooting doesn't fix it, please swap the part from your stock.

• • Fill out the form below to complete a warranty claim.  Please make sure you fill out all fields including where you want the item shipped.
    
    
  • If your item is needed back, we will send you a return label for the defective item.  A replacement will be processed on your behalf immediately.
